We have 14 years of direct experience providing our clients with talented professionals who excel in Program and Project Management, Construction Management, Quality Assurance / Quality Control Inspections, Project Controls, and Architectural and Engineering Support Services.

What We Do
Our dedicated professionals provide DRW clients with reliability, flexibility and accountability. DRW professionals are assigned to our client projects performing the following roles:
• Program and Project Management
• Contract Administrator managing Prime and Sub Consultant Agreements for our Clients
• Construction Management Services encompassing claim avoidance/resolution, project close out, acceptance, owner’s manuals and warranty packages
• Project Controls including scheduling, estimating, and document control
• Administrative and Clerical support services
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspections including civil, structural, M/E/P, building, and coordination of material special inspections
• Architectural and Engineering Support Services performing constructibility reviews at the 30/60/90% design stages and value engineering throughout the design process
• From Senior to entry level Engineering Technicians providing project support services
• Surveying and CADD support services

Our Recent Clients
DRW, LLC currently holds contracts with the City of Portland performing services for the Bureau of Environmental Services, Water Bureau and the Portland Bureau of Transportation. DRW was recently selected to provide Inspection Services for Portland Aviation and Marine Projects as a sub-consultant. We have recently completed assignments for the City of Oregon City, regional school districts and higher education facilities.
