DRW worked with the PBOT team to repair and improve 2 half-streets. Our inspectors performed daily inspections cross-referencing all of the contract documents which included plans and specifications using the Red and Specials Book. Other duties our staff performed included quantity verifications, pay requests, updating as-built plans, scheduling of surveying on ADA compliant curb cuts and sidewalks, gutter improvements, and storm water facilities. Both of these projects required coordination with other city agencies that included BES, PWB, PGE, NW Natural and various communication carriers.
