DRW inspectors and engineer technicians, performed 30/60/90 design reviews for constructibility. The DRW field staff documented and logged in request for information and processed contractor submittals, performed quantity verification checks, processed pay requests, performed daily inspections including cross referencing all the contract documents which includes the plans and specification and the Red Book and the Specials. They also updated the As-Built plans on a daily basis and completed the necessary project close out tasks. The project replaced 3,800 feet of sewer pipe with an average age of 102 years, and was part of the Tabor to River Program. This project also constructed 24 green street planters and added two blocks of pervious paving that will keep 1.8 million gallons of storm water out of the sewer system annually.
