DRW completed over 300 permit projects for PBOT between 2013 and 2015. Since 2016 to present we are still actively working on over 120+ permit projects in various stages of construction or completion. Permit projects can be as small as simple curb and gutter replacements or as big as a 40+ subdivision development. The duties of our construction inspectors include verification of sub-grad materials for proper compaction requirements, proper depth for concrete and asphalt placement, inspection of the forms for ADA compliant curbs and sidewalks, storm drainage inlets and catch basins. Our inspectors verify the asphalt and concrete mix designs which are being utilized prior to placement have been approved and stamped by the City Engineer.
