DRW provided inspection and engineering technical staff to help BES complete construction in January of 2015. The project repaired deteriorating sewer pipes in eight separate work sites in Northeast, Southeast and Southwest Portland. Rose City is one of a series of projects that replaced or repaired aging sewer pipes that have reached the end of services and are in poor condition. The work performed increased the system capacity and improved the sewer system.
