We employ Quality Assurance and Quality Control technical inspectors in all aspects of construction. DRW inspectors understand they are the primary method of fulfilling project oversight responsibilities. DRW, LLC is a Portland, Oregon owned authority in Construction Management and Support Services for public sector clients. We are a State Certified Woman-owned small business. We have 14 years of direct experience providing our clients with talented professionals who excel in Program and Project Management, Construction Management, Quality Assurance / Quality Control Inspections, Project Controls, and Architectural and Engineering Support Services.
Our approach to every project is to understand our client’s expectations. We begin each contract with a thorough needs analysis, prioritization of resources, understanding budgets and long term and immediate program and operational requirements. This allows us to carefully select the most qualified professionals for each of our client’s projects.
As a small, growing firm we make our business personal. The DRW Team, including our sub-consultants, are all local professionals. We are your neighbors and active members in the community and each engagement builds our network of colleagues and friends.
When working in a Prime Contract Holder role, we value working with other local businesses and actively seek out partnerships with other D/M/W/ESB firms. Our Community Involvement
Fundamental to our core values is passion for our community. DRW, LLC is committed to creating a strong City through supporting local charitable organizations. We are financial donors to many 501(c)(3) organizations in the Portland community, as well as active volunteers for others. In 2016, we donated over $15,000 in goods, services and financial contributions and logged hundreds of hours in community service.
Organizations we have supported include, Animal Rescue & Care Fund, Fences for Fido, The Pongo Fund, Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon and Wild Cat Ridge Sanctuary. We are volunteers at Sunday Parkways, members of South Portland Business Alliance, Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs and sit on the Citizens Advisory Board for Multnomah County Animal Services.
Outside of the community, our DRW staff has volunteered their time and expertise on many projects to help areas in distress. Our staff have worked on designing potable water systems in places like Honduras and Nicaragua, designed clean water supply systems including water shedding and sand filter projects in Guatemala.

Mitt

Mitty, as his friends call him, was left behind at an abandoned homeless camp along the I-205 freeway. Luckily, Animal Rescue and Care Fund brought Mitty to safety. After 3 years on contract staff at DRW, in December 2017 Mitty was offered the full-time job of CFO (Chief Feline Officer) and DRW Brand Ambassador.
Mitty lives full-time at the DRW office because of his unwavering work ethic and dedication to the company. Mitty loves people and once you look into his big blue eyes you will see why he is a favorite among the DRW staff and all who come to visit him.

What We Do

Our Recent Clients
DRW, LLC currently holds contracts with the City of Portland performing services for the Bureau of Environmental Services, Water Bureau and the Portland Bureau of Transportation. DRW was recently selected to provide Inspection Services for Portland Aviation and Marine Projects as a sub-consultant. We have recently completed assignments for the City of Oregon City, regional school districts and higher education facilities.
